Waupun — Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) & Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC)

At Prairie Ridge Assisted Living community, we feel every day should be enjoyed to the fullest.

At the CBRF located in Waupun, we have spacious private rooms that measures 450 square feet with a private bathroom. We are able to meet the support needs of individuals who have all stages of dementia and the frail elderly who are required to have twenty-four hour/seven days per week supervision. The CBRF is specially designed to provide a home-like atmosphere that is safe, secure, warm and uplifting. Amenities in the CBRF include:

Life Enrichment Activities are designed around meeting the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of our residents. A wide variety of activities are held every day including exercise, entertainment, games and crafts. We also provide movies and a variety of religious services. Each month the Life Enrichment Coordinator creates a monthly calendar and posts it in a visible area so that our residents and families always know what events are coming up and when they are happening.

Waupun — Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC)

When a senior has difficulty performing an everyday activity, Prairie Ridge Assisted Living community provides the helping hand required for him or her to regain a sense of normalcy. Our focus for seniors living in the RCAC is to provide them with options that meet their lifestyle preferences, care that meets changing needs and support that exceeds expectations. At the RCAC located in Waupun, we have generously sized one-bedroom apartments. The apartments in the RCAC have a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. Off from the living room, you’ll enjoy the privacy of your own patio. And you’ll find companionship with people, who share similar likes and interests. Some amenities offered include:
